By accessing or using any EXWIO product or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use EXWIO.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You must be at least 13 years of age to use EXWIO
• You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts to bypass plan limits
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

You agree to use EXWIO only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use EXWIO to violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Upload malicious code, spam, or abusive content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our source code
• Use EXWIO to infringe on the intellectual property rights of others

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of new pricing.

Failed payments may result in suspension of your account. You will be notified before any suspension occurs.

EXWIO and all associated content, features, and functionality are owned by EXWIO and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all content you create within EXWIO products. By using our AI features, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the service.

EXWIO is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXWIO's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time from your dashboard settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Upon termination, your right to use EXWIO ceases immediately. Your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by applicable international law. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by local law.
